AgentiYou is a product created and owned by Omer Sharon, an individual operating under Austrian law ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AgentiYou platform, including the creation of AI agents ("Agents") and the use of Agents published by others.

By accessing or using AgentiYou in any capacity — as a business creating an Agent or as an end-user interacting with a published Agent — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• Platform — the AgentiYou website, APIs, and related services.
• Agent Creator — a business or individual who signs up and builds an AI agent on the Platform.
• End-User — any person who interacts with a published Agent, whether on AgentiYou or embedded on a third-party website.
• Agent — an AI-powered assistant configured by an Agent Creator using their knowledge base and branding.
• Knowledge Base — documents, files, or data uploaded by an Agent Creator to train their Agent.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AgentiYou. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Agent Creators who are businesses represent that they have the authority to bind their organization to these terms.

As an Agent Creator, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to use all content in your Knowledge Base.
• Your Agent will not be used for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information your Agent provides.
• You will not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains personal data without consent, or violates applicable law.
• You are responsible for how your Agent collects and uses End-User data (including email addresses captured via lead forms).
• You will maintain your own privacy policy where required by law and link to it from your Agent interface.

As an End-User interacting with an Agent, you acknowledge that:

• Agents are AI-powered and may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Do not rely on Agent responses for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
• The Agent you interact with is configured and operated by an Agent Creator, not by AgentiYou directly.
• If you provide your email address or other personal information to an Agent, it may be shared with the Agent Creator.
• You will use Agents only for lawful purposes and will not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or reverse-engineer them.

AgentiYou and its underlying technology, design, and branding are the property of Omer Sharon. Agent Creators retain ownership of their Knowledge Base content. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant AgentiYou a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of operating your Agent.

We provide the Platform on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Agent Creators of significant changes in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law, AgentiYou and Omer Sharon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any Agent, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or decisions made based on Agent responses.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
